These classes will cover basic yoga breathing techniques beginner's postures and relaxation.
Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing. Have an empty stomach
Preferably, do not eat for an hour and a half before class.
Yoga Mats and Props are provided!
YOGA Starting 2 weeks after March 17 will be $20 for a 4 week session. No more $5 drop in fee
